School Templates

The basic templates are held in your school’s SchoolManager account. When you create a booking and/or add an item to the booking the template on the student’s card is automatically filled in with their personal booking information. These personalised and completed templates are held on the student’s card under “Visa’s etc.,” in the Booking section. The completed templates can be printed out or emailed and some can also be accessed by users when they log in.

The text is fairly free in these templates but we use what are called token values to fill in the relevant details in the final document. The token values possible for each template are held on the right of the template space in the system.
