Creating the Welcome Page

Your school’s Welcome page will be the first page that students see when they log into their account to see their booking information. You can put photos, links etc., into the page. You can decide to use it to outline your school’s do’s and don’ts, or as a general introduction to your school and location. The choice is up to you.

You can also have different language versions of the Welcome page which correspond to the student’s mother tongue. When the student logs in they will see the language version associated in the system with their mother tongue. If you don’t want to translate the page into different languages just put an English language version.

Before you can create your Welcome page you will need to add the languages you want it in. To add languages go to School Admin – Look Ups – List and select Language from the drop downs. There is more information on using these drop downs here.
